Smart order preparation

In a typical Lebo robot queue, approximately 80% of the time is spent on serving orders, while 20% of the time is spent on order preparation. Order preparation is mainly carried out during breaks and nighttime, while other time periods are idle. According to the FUNSACKER priority, the required containers will be set at the top in advance during the container preparation phase before the operation. More than one-third of the containers do not require excavation at all.


The origin of efficiency

The robot team in the funtron system spends most of their time serving as backup containers, rather than waiting idle. The robot will actively place the cargo box on the top to prepare in advance to meet the order requirements. This means that operators do not need to wait for the container, and order processing can be faster and more efficient. The funtron system can perform artificial intelligence analysis on historical big data, accurately predicting the demand and flow trend of materials in the future. After frequent use, containers will be placed on the top layer of the stack, and over time, containers with low usage rates will gradually drop to the bottom of the stack. This design concept ensures that robots only need to excavate and stack the bottommost cargo boxes in very few cases. Therefore, as a whole, the excavation operation of the robot will not directly affect the operational efficiency.
