All-Round Optimization of Space & Energy Consumption
By removing aisles and stacking tote boxes, storage capacity is tripled compared with traditional racks, greatly improving storage space utilization. Each LeBao Robot consumes only 120 watts per handling cycle and supports uninterrupted lights-out operation, cutting power consumption.
Precise & Efficient Order Picking
Adopting the Goods-to-Person model with intelligent robot dispatching, robots work in parallel on multiple free paths and automatically deliver required totes to picking stations, with average handling time shortened to under 1 minute. The picking error rate is reduced to below 0.0001%, eliminating mis shipments and missing items caused by manual operations.
Flexible Deployment for Business Management
Customers can scale the number of operating robots up or down to adjust warehouse capacity based on business changes. FUNTRON’s warehousing system has been fully integrated with the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
